Established in 1929, the Illinois Women's Bowling Association's mission is working together to provide service and recognition for all Illinois women bowlers. Members of the ILLINOIS STATE USBC along with the members of the United States Bowling Congress, make them a part of largest female sports organization in the world.

The United States Bowling Congress officially launched Jan. 1, 2005, as the organization to serve adult and youth bowlers in the United States. Today, USBC serves approximately 1.4 million members.
USBC is the national governing body of bowling as recognized by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). We’re a membership organization that provides standardized rules, regulations and benefits to make bowling fair and fun for everyone. USBC stands for values that include commitment, innovation, integrity, inclusiveness and fun.

2018 ILLINOIS STATE USBC WBA TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM is now available here. PLEASE NOTE that at the June 3, 2017 board meeting, the board voted to revise tournament rule 6 and adopt the following changes:
"Rules 319(c) Average Adjustments (Rerating), 319(d) Tournament Prize Winnings and Rule 319(e) 15 pin increase in average WILL APPLY."
